Salon Anoma in Bambalapitiya gave me the bad experiences that I ever had. That was the first time I went there, I asked them for a layered cut feathery like and my fringe rebonded. while cutting I realized that girl who cut my hair had no clue about feathery neither about layers, also my half of my fringe is damaged. They were interested in their lil chats n gossip they had rather than focusing on their customers. Finaly they dint evn have the curtasy to give a receipt, damn i regret big time for going there.

I attended your salon with a friends of mine and I was quite amazed at the way a gentlemen (I did not know who he was) yelled at one of the staff, and it was not a nice atmosphere for the staff to be talked to and belittled in that manner especially in front of clients waiting to have their hair done as well as visitors to the salon. This does not do any good for some of the good hairdressers who work there. I for one will not be returning to the salon to be in an atmosphere that can be cut with a knife and have the hairdressers unhappy and do a bad job on my hair

I was amazed yesterday when an elderly gentleman came to the salon and belittled the entire staff whilst there were customers in the salon. I happened to come in there round 9,45 am and was waining for a hair cut and eye brow to be done.It was very unprofessional for that man to come in there and say what he had to say to them. He could have spoken to them when no one was around.I have been comiong there for many years now and many friends too, I come there not because of the name anoma or the bosses, I come there because of the most senior staff, who are so polite and friendly to me. I have observed that all staff are very friendly and polite,but after that man left there was sadness and dissapointment in the faces of thr entire staff.This is not good for the moral of the staff ,as these staff are creative thikners and they need to be happy to perform at their best.I feel very sorry for these girls who give their best, I wish them all the very best and to keep up their good work. I will always come back as they do a fantastic job.
